Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for the Medical Unit 1 to provide compassionate, evidence-based care across the continuum. The role requires assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, and adherence to the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.

Night shift, 36 hours per week. Current Ohio RN license, BLS, and BSN expected within 5 years of employment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license from Ohio or a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification.
• BSN required within 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients to establish care needs.
• Plan care based on nursing diagnoses and goals.
• Implement and evaluate nursing interventions with accurate documentation.
• Lead and participate in process improvements for quality and safety.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a 24/7 unit.
