Good Samaritan in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shift coverage. The RN is responsible for using the nursing process to deliver individualized care and collaborates with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

Must hold an MN RN license; Bachelor’s degree preferred. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available and weekend/holidays are required with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license (in MN or multi-state via compact).
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary team.
• Possess leadership capabilities and delegate tasks as needed.
