Job summary

Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care using the nursing process and to collaborate with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team.

This full-time night shift (4:00pm–4:30am), 72 hours bi-weekly, with every other weekend and rotating holidays, offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the state where practice occurs.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care across all phases of health maintenance, diagnosis and treatment.
