Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver individualized resident care using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care across all stages of health needs.

The role requires Minnesota RN licensure, Bachelors in nursing preferred, and ongoing competencies. Night shifts are 12 hours (4:00pm–4:30am) on a full-time schedule with every other weekend and rotating

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota or multistate license if NLC state.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents following the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Lead and delegate nursing tasks within scope of practice; ensure safety and quality of care.
