Job summary

The Pines at Placerville Healthcare Center is seeking a Full-Time NOC Shift Registered Nurse (RN) to join our overnight nursing team in Placerville, CA. You will provide resident-centered care, monitor health conditions, and coordinate care through the night to maintain safety and quality.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, with strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and the ability to work independently during overnight hours. This is a full-time night shift position with non-exempt status.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active, and unrestricted California RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care per individualized care plans.
• Assess residents and respond to changes in condition.
• Monitor residents overnight and address health changes.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and policies.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and shift handoffs.
