Job summary

The Pines at Placerville Healthcare Center in Placerville, CA is seeking a dedicated Full-Time NOC Shift LVN for overnight coverage (10:30pm–7:00am). The role focuses on high-quality, resident-centered care while supporting teammates and maintaining accurate documentation.

Candidates must hold an active California LVN license and BLS certification, with skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active California LVN license in good standing.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents with professionalism and compassion.
• Supervise CNAs to ensure quality resident care during the shift.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policies.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete required charting and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
