The Pines at Placerville Healthcare Center is seeking a Part-Time NOC Shift Registered Nurse (RN) to lead the overnight nursing team, supervise care, and ensure safe, high-quality resident outcomes in a calm, supportive environment.

Ideal candidates have California RN licensure, CPR, and strong clinical decision-making, communication, and organizational skills; prior leadership in a nursing setting is a plus. This position is part-time and onsite.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active California RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and regulations in skilled nursing/long-term care.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the nursing team and coordinate resident care during the overnight shift.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments according to orders and care plans.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and monitor safety practices.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and other departments; ensure HIPAA compliance.
