Job summary

The Pines at Placerville is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our full-time NOC team at 1040 Marshall Way, Placerville, CA 95667. Starting pay is $21/hour, DOE, plus shift differential.

You will provide compassionate, resident-centered care and monitor residents throughout the night. As part of our NOC team, you will support safety, comfort, and well-being, document observations, and collaborate with the nursing staff to prepare the unit for the morning shift.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, or senior care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and assistance with activities of daily living during the overnight shift.
• Complete scheduled overnight rounds and monitor residents for safety and comfort.
• Respond to resident call lights promptly and appropriately.
• Reposition residents and provide pressure-relief measures per care plans.
• Record vital signs, intake/output, and other observations accurately.
