Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current RN license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification
• BSN required at 5 years of employment

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual (30%).
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes (30%).
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and outcomes (20%).
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement to achieve clinical quality and patient satisfaction (10%).
• Operations - Performs departmental operations (10%).
• As a High Reliability Organization (HRO), focus on safety, quality and efficiency in duties.
