• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and individual.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates response to nursing interventions and revises care plan with the team.
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement to improve quality and safety.
• Operations - Handles unit operations as part of a 24/7 department.
• Maintains safety, quality, and efficiency as a High Reliability Organization.
