Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
• Current and valid state Registered Nurse license.
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate upon hire and maintained.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) upon hire and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department service functions and coordinate with the unit Director/Manager.
• Develops and implements departmental plans and performance improvement activities.
• Orient and train department staff; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Direct and evaluate staff, ensuring efficient unit operations and patient care.
