Huntington Beach Hospital, part of Prime Healthcare Services, seeks an experienced Clinical Supervisor RN to lead department functions and coordinate patient care. The role collaborates with unit leadership to ensure safe, compliant operations and staff performance.

You will develop plans, supervise staff, and conduct training while maintaining quality of care and regulatory standards. The position is part-time with daytime shifts and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.
• Current ACLS (AHA) 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; RN-C within 2 years of hire.
• PALS within 30 days of hire for units that admit pediatric patients.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and implements departmental plans and performance improvements.
• Oversees orientation and training of personnel.
• Communicates with staff, physicians and administration in writing and verbally.
• Ensures quality of staff and functions during shifts.
• Assists Department Director in daily unit operation and staffing.
• Direct patient care as needed within scope of practice and directs care changes as needed.

RN License

BLS Certification

ACLS Certification

PALS Certification

BSN degree preferred

Educación

Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred

RN-C within 2 years of hire
