Formación
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
- Current RN license required.
- BLS and ACLS certifications must be maintained.
Responsabilidades
- Support administrative responsibilities for the department service functions.
- Develop and implement departmental plans.
- Prepare and conduct department orientation and training.
- Assist the Department Director in daily operations.
