Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
• Current RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Support administrative responsibilities for the department service functions.
• Develop and implement departmental plans.
• Prepare and conduct department orientation and training.
• Assist the Department Director in daily operations.
