Prime Healthcare’s La Palma Intercommunity Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nursing Supervisor for night shift. The role collaborates with the unit Director to manage department operations, staff performance, and patient care quality in a 141-bed community hospital setting.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license with a BSN preferred, BLS and ACLS credentials, and 2+ years of clinical/nursing supervisory experience. This role emphasizes standards of care, safety, and compliance within the facility.

Competenze

• Current and valid state RN license.
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with 1 year in a supervisory role preferred.

Mansioni

• Supports administrative responsibility for the department and works with the unit Director/Manager.
• Develops and implements departmental plans and performance improvements.
• Oversees orientation and training of personnel in the department.
• Communicates with staff, physicians and administration in writing and verbally.
• Ensures efficient department functioning and directs staff as needed.
• Assists the Department Director in daily operations, supervising and evaluating personnel.
