Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• National specialty certification preferred.
• 3 years relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads shift operations ensuring safe, high-quality nursing care.
• Coaches staff and reinforces compliance with policies.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to support patient and family services.
• Monitors patient flow, assignments and staffing needs.
• Ensures infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
