Responsibilities

• Oversee shift leadership and operations of the clinical department.
• Coach and mentor associates; ensure patient care safety and quality.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support patient and family services.
• Monitor patient flow, staffing, and compliance with policies.
• Ensure timely and accurate implementation of physician orders.
• Provide hand-off communication at patient transitions of care.
