Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Ohio.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations and supervise staff to ensure quality and patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and flow.
• Direct, delegate, and engage in treatment of patients and families to achieve optimal health outcomes.
• Develop schedules for interdisciplinary staff to ensure appropriate staffing.
• Participate in recruitment and staff development.
• Engage in unit and hospital committees to improve clinical practice and patient outcomes.
• Conduct departmental audits and rounds to monitor patient experience.
