The position leads daily operations, collaborates with department leaders, and ensures safety and effective service delivery. Night shift with 40 hours weekly in the Emergency Department.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations to ensure quality, service and patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes and efficient resource use.
• Direct, delegate and engage in patient care while maintaining high standards.
