Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an RN Clinical Leader to provide leadership for clinical programs within the Emergency Department. The role ensures quality, service and patient satisfaction goals, while overseeing daily operations and resource utilization.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating interdisciplinary teams, guiding performance feedback, and supporting recruitment and budget planning. Night shifts and full-time hours are typical in this department.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Ohio
• BSN required at 5 years of employment
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required

Responsibilities

• 75% Performs clinical operation/supervisory duties to ensure quality and patient satisfaction.
• Directs care and coordinates interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal health outcomes.
• Creates efficient staff schedules and ensures appropriate staff/skill mix.
• Acts as a clinical resource and provides coaching and performance feedback.

RN (Ohio Board of Nursing)

ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support

BLS - Basic Life Support

BSN preferred
