Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license current in the state of Ohio.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care nursing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis: perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and document outcomes.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning: plan nursing interventions to meet patient needs.
• Implementation/Evaluation: implement care plans and evaluate responses.
• Leadership/Operations: participate in process improvement and daily operations.
