Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.
• Minimum 2 yrs. clinical experience.
• ACLS & BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Performs Clinical Operation/Supervisory duties to ensure quality, services, and satisfaction.
• Serves as direct care provider when needed while maintaining clinical standards.
• Coordinates interdisciplinary team to achieve outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Directs, delegates, and engages in treatment of patients and families.
• Acts as central resource and maintains open communication with customers.
• Creates efficient schedules for staff and patients to ensure appropriate mix.
• Establishes systems and processes with Leadership for smooth operations and safety.
