Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations to ensure quality, service, and patient satisfaction.

• Participate in recruitment, staff development, and performance feedback.
• Engage in department and hospital committees, audits, and rounds; communicate with staff and vendors.
• Assist in budget planning and cost-effective department operations.
