Job summary

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma from an accredited program or an RN with an associate degree or higher.
• Current Texas RN licensure or proof of reciprocity within 90 days.
• BLS and advanced life support certifications (ACLS and PALS/ENPC) required or obtained within stated timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Plans, assesses, directs, implements, and provides quality patient care for assigned patients.
• Monitors patient condition and updates care as needed.
• Documents accurately in medical records and coordinates hand-offs.
• Collaborates with the care team to achieve discharge planning and education.
