JPS Health Network in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an RN Team Lead for the Med/Surg- Night shift at John Peter Smith Hospital. You will guide and oversee nursing care, coordinate staffing, and ensure quality patient care.

The role requires a Nursing Diploma or higher, Texas RN licensure, 2+ years of experience, BLS and ACLS, plus orientation within 90 days. Leadership to mentor staff and ensure safe, efficient unit operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• 2+ years of relevant nursing experience.
• Current Texas RN licensure or reciprocity.
• Current BLS certification and maintained throughout employment.
• Completion of unit-specific orientation within 90 days.
• ACLS and EKG certification if on a monitored unit, maintained throughout employment.

Responsabilités

• Guides, educates, and provides leadership for all staff.
• Ensures coverage and staff levels for all units.
• Coordinates department orientation and training for employees.
• Directs patient care, including medication administration and discharge planning.
• Mentors staff, leads department projects, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team.
