Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across PACU, inpatient units, Radiology and anesthesia.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments.
• Monitor progress and update plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists and other providers for coordinated care.
• Manage daily schedules and staffing to ensure patient safety and efficiency.
