Job summary

AdventHealth in Denver, Colorado, is seeking an experienced nurse leader to coordinate patient care across PACU and inpatient units. You will develop individualized care plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with physicians and anesthesiologists to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Coordinate patient care across PACU, inpatient units, Radiology and anesthesia.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments.
Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists and providers for coordinated care.
Manage daily schedules and staffing, including endoscopy scheduling.
Educate patients and families about care plans and self-management.
Respond to emergencies with prompt, decisive action.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to uphold care standards.
