Job summary

AdventHealth Mansfield in Texas seeks an experienced RN to join our night shift team. You will coordinate care across PACU, units, Radiology, and anesthesia, and develop individualized plans based on assessments and orders.

You will monitor progress, collaborate with physicians and providers, and supervise staff to ensure safe, efficient care. Strong leadership, communication, and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• RN license to practice in Texas.
• Ability to coordinate patient care across departments.
• Proficient with EMR and documentation in English.
• Demonstrated supervision and leadership abilities.
• Strong assessment, planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across PACU, inpatient units, Radiology, and anesthesia.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments and orders.
• Monitor progress, reassess, and adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists and providers for coordinated care.
• Manage daily schedules, oversee endoscopy staffing and equipment.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
