Job summary

AdventHealth in Parker, Colorado is seeking a registered nurse for full-time night shift to conduct comprehensive patient assessments and implement individualized care plans in a collaborative hospital setting.

You will administer medications, monitor patient responses, and educate families while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes and maintain safety standards in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• RN licensure and active license to practice in the state
• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Fluent in English, strong communication with patients and families

Responsibilities

• Assess physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural and spiritual factors to plan patient care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and revise as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and ensure clear communication.
• Document care activities, interventions and outcomes accurately.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide emotional support and supervise care delivery by team members.
