Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular Medical Surgical Telemetry unit at Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview, IL. This full-time night shift (7pm-7:30am) with rotating weekends offers 36 hours per week and a minimum base hourly pay range of $36.00–$55.80, with a minimum increasing to $37.25 after October pay period.

Responsibilities include independent nursing care, applying the nursing process, supervising nursing assistants, and coordinating with the healthcare team

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in IL required.
• Graduate of NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR Certification for Healthcare Provider required.
• Prior nursing experience or CNA experience preferred for new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
• Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Contribute to safety outcomes and promote a high quality patient experience.
