Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular Medical Surgical Telemetry unit at Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview, IL. This full-time night-shift position (7pm–7:30am) includes rotating weekends and 36 hours per week.

The role requires IL RN licensure, NLN-accredited nursing education, and BLS/CPR certification, with BSN preferred. Benefits include incentive pay, tuition reimbursement, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in IL required.
• Education: NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN strongly preferred.
• Certification: BLS/CPR for Healthcare Provider required.
• Experience: Prior nursing or CNA experience preferred for new grads.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective nursing care for patients on the unit.
• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel to deliver care.
• Communicate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experience.
