Job summary

Endeavor Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular Medical Surgical Telemetry unit at Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview, IL. The position is full-time with a 7am-7:30pm day shift and rotating weekends, totaling 36 hours per week.

An IL nursing license, NLN-accredited education, BLS/CPR, and CNA/nursing experience are required or preferred for new grads. Competitive hourly pay reflects expertise and experience with potential incentive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
Graduate of an NLN-accredited school of nursing; BSN strongly preferred.
BLS/CPR Certification for the Healthcare Provider required.
Experience: Nursing or CNA experience preferred for new graduates.

Responsibilities

Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit
Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
