Job summary
Endeavor Health seeks a Registered Nurse for Cardiovascular Medical Surgical Telemetry on a day shift at Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview, IL. Full-time or part-time positions available with 7:00 am–7:30 pm shifts and rotating weekends. 36 hours per week.
IL RN licensure, NLN-accredited program, BSN preferred, and BLS/CPR required. The role offers competitive hourly pay starting at $36.00–$55.80, with a minimum adjusted to $37.25 base pay in October.
Qualifications
- Current IL nursing licensure required.
- NLN-accredited nursing program graduate; BSN preferred.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
- Prior nursing experience or CNA experience for new grads.
Responsibilities
- Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit.
- Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
- Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
- Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
- Contribute to safety outcomes and promote high quality patient experience.
