Job summary
Endeavor Health in Glenview, IL seeks a Registered Nurse for Cardiovascular Medical Surgical Telemetry on a 7am-7:30pm day shift with rotating weekends. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week with pay ranging from $36.00 to $55.80 hourly, with a new minimum of $37.25 effective October pay cycle.
The RN will deliver comprehensive nursing care, coordinate with the care team, and support safe outcomes on a dedicated unit in a Magnet-recognized system.
Qualifications
- License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
- Education: Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
- Certification: BLS/CPR Certification for the Healthcare Provider required
- Experience: Prior nursing or CNA experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit
- Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
- Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
- Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
- Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
