Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular Medical Surgical Telemetry unit at Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview, IL. This full-time night shift (7pm-7:30am) with rotating weekends offers 36 hours per week and a pay range reflecting expertise and experience.

The role emphasizes safe, compassionate care and collaboration with the healthcare team to improve patient outcomes. Required IL nursing licensure, NLN-accredited education, and BLS/CPR.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR Certification for the Healthcare Provider required.
• Prior nursing experience or CNA experience for new graduates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
• Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.
