Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Cardiovascular Medical Surgical Telemetry on the Day shift at Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview, IL. The role is full-time (7am-7:30pm) with rotating weekends and a 36-hour work week.

Minimum IL nursing licensure is required, BSN preferred, and BLS/CPR certification is required. The organization offers competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits including incentive plans, premium pay, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR Certification for the Healthcare Provider required.
• Prior nursing experience or CNA experience for new graduates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
• Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.
