Job summary

TriHealth Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery, OH is seeking an RN for the 4200 Telemetry Unit (stroke-certified). This 38-bed unit delivers care for cardiovascular conditions including post-catheterization, NSTEMI, heart failure, arrhythmias, and structural heart procedures.

The team specializes in electrophysiology, pacemakers, ablations, and defibrillator care with continuous cardiac monitoring and close ICU collaboration. On-site inpatient role.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• New hires must obtain a BSN within 5 years of hire.
• Registered Nurse license and active certification.
• BLS/CPR for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and document findings.
• Plan and coordinate care with the health care team and families.
• Ensure safe, age-appropriate patient care and discharge planning.
• Provide patient education and support for complex cardiac needs.
