Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing required.
• New hires must obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.
• BLS/CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing assessment of patient and family and documents findings.
• Plans and guides care, sets goals, and coordinates with care team.
• Maintains a safe, therapeutic environment and communicates orders clearly.
• Evaluates care plan effectiveness and updates as needed.
