Job summary
Rolling Hills Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our behavioral health team in Franklin, TN. The RN will deliver direct patient care and collaborate with the treatment team to maintain a therapeutic milieu.
The role requires RN licensure in Tennessee, a nursing degree, and relevant behavioral health experience. Night shift is full-time with shift differentials and strong benefits from UHS family programs.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- Associates degree in nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid RN license in Tennessee
- Nursing experience in behavioral health preferred
- One year inpatient psychiatric experience preferred
- CPR certification and Handle with Care certification provided
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care as prescribed by the physician and treatment team
- Manage medical assessment, safety, and crisis handling for patients
- Lead behavior management programs and ensure follow-through
- Assign tasks to subordinates and monitor performance
- Document care and update nursing care plans in the master treatment plan
