Job summary
NHC HealthCare Franklin in Franklin, TN is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caring team. This role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and a $2,500 sign-on bonus for part-time, with 12-hour night shifts from 7pm to 7am and opportunities to use comprehensive nursing tools.
OnShift Wallet allows early access to earned wages for added flexibility. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered care, collaborate with families, and participate in ongoing quality
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee RN Nursing License.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
- Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts (7pm–7am).
Responsibilities
- Maintain clinical competency through integrated nursing knowledge, skills, leadership, and communication.
- Utilize the nursing process for assessment, planning, and implementing care.
