Hartford HealthCare’s Hospital of Central CT in New Britain is hiring a Registered Nurse for a 24-hour part-time night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with every 3rd weekend and every other holiday. You’ll provide high-quality patient care under Nursing Leadership and contribute to evidence-based practice across shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing.
• Successful completion of nurse residency, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Under Nursing Leadership, develop a plan of care for a diverse patient population.
• Deliver evidence-based nursing care and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain high reliability and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
