Job summary
Hartford HealthCare’s Hospital of Central Connecticut seeks a Registered Nurse to join the NICU in the Family Birth Place. The NICU team collaborates with neonatologists and specialists to deliver high-level care to premature and ill newborns, supported by evidence-based practices.
You will participate in a Nurse Residency program, benefit from tuition reimbursement, loan forgiveness, paid time off, and comprehensive health plans while maintaining excellent patient outcomes and family-centered
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Associate’s degree in Nursing.
- Successful completion of nurse residency, if applicable.
Responsibilities
- Develops a plan of care for complex, multi-varianced patient populations.
- Utilizes evidence-based practices in accordance with hospital policies.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to meet physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of patients and families.
