Hartford HealthCare’s Hospital of Central CT in New Britain seeks an Acute Behavioral Health Registered Nurse for 7pm-7am shifts with rotating weekends and holidays. You will provide specialized nursing care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and apply evidence-based practice in a fast-paced behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• RN with current Connecticut license required.
• BSN preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health and/or emergency medicine preferred.
• New graduates may work under supervision per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in a behavioral health setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Apply evidence-based nursing practices and document patient progress.
