Job summary

Hartford HealthCare is hiring Graduate Nurse Residents for The Hospital of Central CT in New Britain. The role covers a 36-hour night shift RN schedule with 12-hour shifts, 7:00pm-7:30am, every 3rd weekend and every other holiday.

You’ll receive clinical instruction through the Nurse Residency program and grow within a supportive team. Eligibility includes completion of a nursing program and CT RN licensure with BLS.

Qualifications

• Completion of a formal Nursing program.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing.
• English language skills for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Deliver nursing care with a focus on safety and high reliability.
• Collaborate with nurse preceptors and interdisciplinary teams.
