Job summary

The Hartford HealthCare Hospital of Central Connecticut in New Britain, CT is seeking a Registered Nurse Resident for a 36-hour night shift (EO-W). You will work under nursing leadership with a nurse preceptor and educator, delivering evidence-based care and developing a care plan aligned with standards and patient/family needs.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an Associate’s degree in Nursing, CT RN license, and BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Completion of a formal Nursing program.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse, CT license required.
• BLS Provider credentialed by AHA within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Under Nursing Leadership, utilize evidence-based practices to plan and provide care.
• Develop a plan of care meeting physical, emotional, spiritual and educational needs.
• Collaborate with preceptor, educator and interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes.
