Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with 2 years of experience may be eligible for a $7,000 bonus.
• New Grad RNs eligible for a $6,000 bonus.
• Licenses and CPR/BLS certifications required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient clinical and psychosocial needs and plan care.
• Coordinate with family to implement and evaluate the care plan.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Facilitate safe transitions and educate patient and family.
• Document per standards and delegate tasks to ensure care.
