Job summary

Signature HealthCARE Sunrise is seeking a qualified RN for full-time night shifts with a $7K sign-on bonus. 12-hour shifts from 7p-7a, three days per week with weekend rotation, offer stability and a supportive team.

You will provide direct nursing care, oversee CNAs, manage medication administration, monitor residents, document diligently, and participate in regulatory and quality assurance activities.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.
• Knowledge of EHR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and exercise sound clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care.
• Supervise and direct nursing assistants and medication aides during the shift.
• Develop, implement, and review individualized resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation per facility policy.
• Coordinate resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Participate in quality assurance activities, staff education, and regulatory surveys.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
