Job summary

Signature HealthCARE, LLC is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for our Kentucky facility. The role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Thursday/Friday/Saturday). Pay is based on licensed experience with shift differentials.

Qualifications

Active RN license in the state of residence.
Current/active CPR certification.
Customer-service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Provide direct and compassionate care to our patients and residents maintaining the highest level of quality.
Supervise the day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the facility’s written policies and procedures.
