Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center in Duluth, MN is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for the Night Shift to deliver high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Minnesota.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation or skilled nursing preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per physician orders, care plans and policies.
• Assess resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to providers and team.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Supervise and support LPNs, TMAs and Nursing Assistants.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Promote a positive, resident-centered environment focused on dignity and quality outcomes.
