Job summary

Personalcare Registered Professional Nursing, P.C. is seeking enthusiastic Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time night shifts in the Medical Department in the Capital District.

The RN will monitor and evaluate nursing care per the company philosophy and report to the Medical Director or mid-level practitioner. The role offers two night shifts: PTNight and FT Night, with a base pay of $45.00/hour plus up to $7.00/hour in shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in New York required.
• Clinical decision-making ability needed.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate clinical competency.
• Prior health care experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nursing practice complies with standards.
• Assess and provide treatment per protocol.
• Maintain records of controlled substances, narcotics, and sharps.
• Take vital signs and complete assessments at each shift.
• Coordinate and participate in staff meetings and care planning.
• Provide health counseling and provisional diagnoses per protocol.
