Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents at Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, MN. Collaborates with residents, families and a multi-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care. Must hold MN RN license and meet competency requirements.

The position is a Part Time night shift (10:00pm-6:30am) with rotating weekends/holidays; 24 hours bi-weekly pay; $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota and maintains required competencies/certifications.
• Must obtain and maintain department-specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed personnel as appropriate.
